Anyone can apply to join the Passive Income Superstars affiliate program, and you’re welcome to use all the affiliate tools and resources, as long as you’re promoting the products ethically.

Approval is at my discretion, and an application can be turned down at any time, for any reason. All affiliate sales and signups are subject to approval too. I keep full rights over all the products and tools inside the affiliate program.

Please read this page before you register. Applying to the program means you accept these terms.

By applying, you’re confirming that:

• You’re of legal age, and there’s nothing legally stopping you promoting products as an affiliate and earning commission from it.
• Any website, newsletter, video or other content you use is your own, or properly licensed to you.
• Your promotional content and website don’t break any laws.
• Your promotional content isn’t defamatory and doesn’t breach anyone’s rights.
• Your promotional content doesn’t infringe anyone’s copyright.

• Offering cash incentives for buying through your link.
• Teaming up with other affiliates.
• Cookie stuffing, spamming (unsolicited promotion) or anything else sketchy.
• Pay per click ads bidding on brand keywords, including Passive Income Superstars, Affiliate Marketing Superstars, or any variation of the product names.
• Claiming people can get a discount by buying through your link, unless I’ve agreed to that in writing.
• Buying through your own affiliate link.
• Anything that impersonates the Passive Income Superstars brand or anyone who works with it.

Disclose your affiliate relationship in line with the law. Just using the word “affiliate” on its own isn’t enough.

It’s your job to make sure your affiliate links and banners are placed in your promotional material correctly, so your clicks actually get tracked.

Once you’re approved, you earn commission by referring customers through your own affiliate links, which live in your affiliate dashboard.

• Commission is 30% on most offers. Amounts can vary by product or campaign.
• I can change commission amounts at any time. Changes are never backdated.
• Coaching, sponsorships and Superstar Bucks credit don’t earn commission.
• Self-referrals and brand-name search ads don’t earn commission.

Approved, non-refunded commission is paid 60 days after the sale. That delay is there so you get all the commission for referrals that stick, once the refund window has passed.

The one exception is $9 products. Those commissions are paid in one bulk payment within 30 days, so you’re not collecting lots of tiny payments and losing a chunk of each one to fees.

PayPal is the only payout method. A free PayPal account is fine. Add the correct payment address in your dashboard, or you can’t be paid.

The cookie lasts 3 months on most products. Commission goes to the affiliate link that was clicked last.

That means if someone clicks your link for a freebie or one offer and buys something different within the cookie window, you still earn.

From time to time there are prizes, giveaways and leaderboards during launches, flash sales and Black Friday. Everything in this section applies to those, on top of the terms above.

Each promo has its own rules (dates, prizes, targets) in the promo email and affiliate resources. If those differ from this page, the promo rules win.

Who can take part

Any affiliate with an approved account in good standing, unless a promo says otherwise. You can’t take part if you’re on my team, or if your affiliate account is paused or closed.

Opting in to leaderboards

Leaderboards are always opt-in, because not everyone wants their name on show. To appear on one and win a leaderboard prize, fill in the opt-in form linked in that promo’s email before the promo ends. The name you give on the form is the name that shows, and I’ll never share your sales numbers or earnings with other affiliates.

If you don’t opt in, your sales still earn your normal commission. You just won’t appear on the leaderboard or win leaderboard prizes.

What counts

• Sales: sales tracked to your affiliate ID, made between the promo start and end times (UK time).
• Coupon promos: if a promo has a coupon code, only sales using that coupon count towards the leaderboard.
• Signups: for signup targets, only brand new subscribers who join through your link (with your tracking) count. People already on my list don’t.
• Email bonuses: for solo, launch-day or final-day email bonuses, send me proof (a screenshot or a forward) by the deadline in the promo.

Refunds and ties

Totals are checked once the promo closes. Any sale that’s refunded, cancelled or charged back before then is removed from your total, which may change the leaderboard. If two affiliates finish level, the prize goes to whoever reached that total first.

Giveaways and prize draws

For giveaways, like Freebie of the Month, each affiliate who meets the entry rule gets one entry, unless the promo says you can earn more. The winner is picked at random from everyone who qualifies.

The prizes

• Superstar Bucks credit is added to your account to spend on my courses, toolkits and templates. It can’t be exchanged for cash, doesn’t count towards commission, and can’t be transferred.
• Strategy Sunday sponsor slots are booked through the sponsor form for the next available Sunday, with at least 72 hours notice. Please claim your slot within 30 days of being told you’ve won.
• Free offers, freebies and party bags are sent to the email on your affiliate account.
• Prizes are for the named winner and can’t be swapped for a different prize, unless I offer an alternative.

When winners hear

I’ll email winners within 30 days of the promo closing, and usually much sooner. Winners who opted in may be named in affiliate emails or the affiliate Facebook group. If I can’t reach a winner within 30 days, or a prize isn’t claimed in time, I may give it to the next eligible affiliate.

Playing fair

Spam, fake signups, cookie stuffing or misleading claims mean you won’t be eligible for prizes, and may mean your affiliate account is closed. My decision on winners is final.

If a contest has to change

I may change, pause or cancel a contest if something outside my control gets in the way, like a tech problem affecting tracking. If that happens, I’ll let affiliates know by email and do my best to be fair to everyone who’s taken part.

I respect the privacy of every affiliate and partner. I won’t share or sell your information with any third party without your explicit permission.

Your personal information is stored securely and only used to keep you up to date on the affiliate program, tell you about offers to promote, send the notifications you’ve chosen in your dashboard settings, and make sure you get paid.
