Passive Income Superstars Online Course Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to any course or toolkit purchased from Passive Income Superstars via passiveincomesuperstars.thrivecart.com (each a “Product”). By purchasing, accessing, or using a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Product.

2. What You’re Buying

Each Product is an online course, toolkit, template pack, or similar digital training material, delivered via our course platform and/or supporting files (such as Airtable templates, worksheets, or swipe files, as described on that Product’s sales page). You are purchasing a personal licence to access and use the Product, not ownership of the underlying content, code, or any third-party platform it’s delivered through.

These Terms apply specifically to Products that include training content – video, audio, or text lessons you work through over time – regardless of what else is bundled with it (templates, worksheets, an Airtable system, and so on). This is the basis for the refund window in Section 6. For the purposes of these Terms:

• A course is predominantly video, text, or audio lessons (or a combination), with education as the main part of what you’re buying. It may also include some additional tools or templates.
• A toolkit always includes a workshop or lessons that teach strategy or how-to knowledge as a substantial part of the value, alongside implementation tools and templates.

The test is where the main value sits. Where a Product’s main value is a template, base, or tool – and any included lessons are just setup or how-to-use instructions for that template, base, or tool, rather than standalone teaching – it’s covered by a separate Terms & Conditions page instead (for example, our Terms for AI skills and toolkits, Airtable hubs, or sync tools). Those Terms don’t include a refund window, since the entire Product can be used the moment it’s delivered. Each Product’s sales page will confirm which Terms apply, and link to them.

3. Use Licence & Restrictions

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Product for your own business(es) only. Under this licence, you may not:

• use the Product for any commercial resale, or any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the underlying prompts, scripts, or code behind any Product;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from the materials;
• share, resell, sublicence, or transfer the materials, your login, or access to another person; or
• use the Product to provide a service to third parties (e.g. delivering the training or templates to your own clients or students as part of a paid service).

This licence automatically terminates if you breach any of these restrictions, and may also be terminated by Passive Income Superstars at any time. On termination, you must stop using the Product and destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether electronic or printed.

4. Eligibility & Account Creation

To access or use a Product, you must be 18 years of age or older. Children under 18 are not permitted to purchase or use our Products.

Where an account is required, you agree that any registration information you provide will be accurate, current, and kept up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide details other than your own, and your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

5. Lawful Purposes

You may use our Products and any associated community spaces for lawful purposes only, and you’re financially responsible for all purchases made by you or on your behalf through the site.

You must not post or share, through the site, checkout, or any associated community, anything that infringes the rights of others, or that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that encourages unlawful conduct.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on courses and toolkits that include training content, since these take time to work through properly before you can judge whether they’re right for you.

To request a refund, email leanne@passiveincomesuperstars.com within 7 days of purchase. You’ll be asked to complete a short refund request form before the refund is processed.

Refunds will not be issued outside this 7 day window. If you’re not sure whether a Product is the right fit for you, email us before you buy and we’ll help you figure it out.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Our courses and toolkits teach strategies, systems, and practical steps to help you run your business more smoothly. We do not guarantee any specific increase in revenue, engagement, or business outcome as a result of using a Product. Results depend on your own effort, business, market, and decisions.

8. Refusal of Service

Products are offered subject to our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person, or entity, without needing to give a reason. No order is accepted until payment has been processed. We may change or discontinue any aspect of a Product at any time, subject to fulfilling our responsibilities based on your existing purchase.

9. Duration of Agreement & Lifetime Access

Once your purchase is confirmed, we’ll provide you access to the Product. Access may occasionally be affected by third parties we rely on to deliver the Service (such as our course hosting platform, email provider, or Airtable), and no breach of contract claim can be made against Passive Income Superstars for reasonable delays caused by those third parties.

Where “lifetime access” is offered, this means access for the lifetime of the Product or Service. If Passive Income Superstars should dissolve or cease to exist, access to the Product will end. We reserve the right to update, retire, or discontinue a Product or certain features of it. If we ever decide to retire a Product completely, we’ll give you advance notice so you have time to consume or download anything you need before access ends.

10. Customer Conduct

We expect everyone to interact with courtesy and consideration, whether by email, social media, or in person. Offensive, rude, derogatory, or discriminatory behaviour won’t be tolerated, and anyone behaving this way inside our courses or communities may be removed immediately, and their contract terminated, without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All course content, toolkits, templates, documentation, and materials that make up each Product remain the intellectual property of Leanne Chapman – Passive Income Superstars. Your purchase grants a licence to use them as described above, not ownership of them.

12. Changes to Products & These Terms

We may update, improve, or discontinue a Product, or amend these Terms, at any time. Where we amend these Terms, the updated version will be posted on our site with an effective date, and continued use of a Product after that update means you accept the changes. We aren’t obligated to notify you individually of every change, but will make reasonable efforts to do so for anything significant.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passive Income Superstars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, a Product – including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

14. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms by Passive Income Superstars shall be treated as a waiver of any other provision, and no waiver is binding unless given in writing by Passive Income Superstars.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, the rest of the Terms remain in full force and are not affected.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
