1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to any Airtable hub purchased from Passive Income Superstars (each a “Product”), including but not limited to the Money Metrics Data Engine, Launch Hub, and any current or future Airtable hub we release. By purchasing, downloading, or using a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase the Product.

2. What You’re Buying

Each Airtable hub is a pre-built Airtable base template, together with accompanying documentation and setup lessons, delivered as a duplicate-and-use template into your own Airtable account. You are purchasing a licence to use the Product, not the underlying design, automations, or any ownership stake in Airtable or any other third-party platform referenced.

These Terms apply to instant-access Products where the main value is the template itself. Any included lessons are setup or how-to-use instructions for that template, not standalone training. If a Product’s main value is genuine teaching (a workshop or lessons that teach strategy or how-to knowledge as a substantial part of what you’re buying), our separate Courses & Toolkits Terms & Conditions apply instead, which include a 7 day refund window. Each Product’s sales page will confirm which Terms apply.

3. Licence Grant & Restrictions

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Product for your own business(es).

• You may use the Product across more than one of your own businesses, provided each is set up as a separate base duplicate as described in the product lessons.
• You may not resell, sublicence, or use the Product to provide a service to third parties (e.g. building or managing this base on behalf of clients or students as part of a paid service).
• You may not redistribute, share, or resell the base template, its automations, or the documentation.
• You may not copy or repurpose the base’s structure, formulas, or automations to build or sell a competing or derivative product.
• Each individual or business using the Product for their own operations requires their own separate purchase.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. Airtable hubs are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, via instant access to duplicate the base into your own account. Once delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued, except where required by law.

5. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer (Airtable)

Each Airtable hub depends entirely on Airtable’s own platform and features, which are owned, operated, and controlled by Airtable – not by us. As a result:

• We do not control, and cannot guarantee, the continued availability, features, pricing, or plan structure (including what’s offered on a free versus paid Airtable plan) of Airtable.
• Platform updates from Airtable are likely over time; changes that affect how the base performs, including a feature the base relies on requiring a paid plan where it didn’t before, are possible and cannot be ruled out or guaranteed against.
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime, continued feature availability, or that the Product will always function exactly as described, if Airtable changes, restricts, or discontinues relevant features.
• Some features (for example, certain automations, record limits, or sync integrations) may require a paid Airtable plan. The relevant Product’s sales page will indicate, at the time of purchase, what’s needed – but this is not grounds for a refund if Airtable’s own plans or pricing change afterwards.
• If an Airtable platform change breaks a Product’s functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to update the Product where possible, but this is not guaranteed and is not grounds for a refund.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Each Product is an organisational and analytics tool. It’s designed to help you structure your data, systems, or operations more clearly. We do not guarantee any specific increase in revenue, conversion rate, or business outcome as a result of using the Product. Results depend on your own products, offers, market, and decisions.

7. Technical Requirements & Support Scope

• Each Product requires a free or paid Airtable account, as specified on that Product’s sales page (some features may require a paid Airtable plan).
• Support is provided through the included lessons, FAQ, and troubleshooting documentation. This is not a managed service – we do not build, customise, or maintain your base on your behalf, or provide ongoing account management.

8. Intellectual Property

All base structures, automations, templates, documentation, and materials that make up each Product remain the intellectual property of Leanne Chapman – Passive Income Superstars. Your purchase grants a licence to use them as described above, not ownership of them.

9. Changes to the Product

We may update, improve, or modify a Product (including its lessons, base structure, or automations) at any time. We are not obligated to provide such updates but will make reasonable efforts to keep the Product functional and current where practical. Updates to the template are not automatically applied to bases you’ve already duplicated and customised.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passive Income Superstars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, a Product – including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, including where such loss arises from changes to Airtable outside our control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
