Sync Tools
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to any sync tool purchased from Passive Income Superstars (each a “Product”), including but not limited to The Funnel Footprint, Media Link Machine, Email Intelligence Data Engine, and any future sync tool we release. By purchasing, downloading, or using a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase the Product.

2. What You’re Buying
Each sync tool is a software tool and accompanying documentation that syncs data from a customer’s own third-party account (such as ThriveCart, Kit, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar, as specified on that Product’s sales page) into a customer-controlled Airtable base. Sync tools run via a script on your own computer, using your computer’s terminal (Mac) or command prompt (Windows), and are compatible with both Mac and Windows. You are purchasing a licence to use the Product, not the underlying software code, and not any ownership stake in Airtable, or any other third-party platform referenced.
These Terms apply to instant-access Products where the main value is the tool itself. Any included setup guide or how-to-use instructions are just that – instructions for using the tool – not standalone training. If a Product’s main value is genuine teaching (a workshop or lessons that teach strategy or how-to knowledge as a substantial part of what you’re buying), our separate Courses & Toolkits Terms & Conditions apply instead, which include a 7 day refund window. Each Product’s sales page will confirm which Terms apply.
3. Licence Grant & Restrictions
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Product for your own business(es).
- You may use the Product across more than one of your own businesses, provided each is set up as a separate installation as described in the product lessons.
- You may not resell, sublicence, or use the Product to provide a service to third parties (e.g. managing client or student data syncs on their behalf as part of a paid service).
- You may not redistribute, share, or resell the setup files, scripts, Airtable template, or documentation.
- Each individual or business using the Product for their own operations requires their own separate purchase.
4. No Refunds
All sales are final. All sync tools are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Once delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued, except where required by law.

5. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
Each sync tool depends entirely on the APIs (application programming interfaces) of the third-party platforms it connects to (such as ThriveCart, Kit, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or Airtable, as specified on that Product’s sales page), which are owned, operated, and controlled by those companies – not by us. As a result:
- We do not control, and cannot guarantee, the continued availability, features, pricing, or behaviour of any third-party API a Product connects to.
- API changes from any connected platform are likely over time; breaking changes are considered unlikely but cannot be ruled out or guaranteed against.
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime, continued feature availability, or that the Product will always function exactly as described, if a connected platform changes, restricts, or discontinues its API access.
- Historical data availability depends on each connected platform’s own data retention policies, not ours.
- If a third-party API change breaks a Product’s functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to update the Product where possible, but this is not guaranteed and is not grounds for a refund.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Each Product is an analytics and organisational tool. It surfaces data from your existing accounts to help you make more informed decisions. We do not guarantee any specific increase in revenue, conversion rate, traffic, or business outcome as a result of using the Product. Results depend on your own products, offers, market, and decisions.
7. Technical Requirements & Support Scope
- Each Product requires a working account with the relevant third-party platform(s) it connects to (as specified on that Product’s sales page), a free or paid Airtable account, and Node.js installed on your own computer (free, guided step by step in the included lessons). Sync tools are designed to work on both Mac and Windows computers.
- Support is provided through the included lessons, FAQ, and troubleshooting documentation. This is not a managed service – we do not run syncs on your behalf or provide ongoing account management.
8. Intellectual Property
All scripts, templates, documentation, and materials that make up each Product remain the intellectual property of Leanne Chapman – Passive Income Superstars. Your purchase grants a licence to use them as described above, not ownership of them.
9. Changes to the Product
We may update, improve, or modify a Product (including its lessons, scripts, or Airtable template) at any time. We are not obligated to provide such updates but will make reasonable efforts to keep the Product functional and current where practical.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passive Income Superstars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, a Product – including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, including where such loss arises from changes to third-party platforms outside our control.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
