1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to any AI skill, skill pack, or AI-powered toolkit purchased from Passive Income Superstars (each a “Product”). By purchasing, downloading, or using a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase the Product.

2. What You’re Buying

Each Product is an AI skill (or set of skills) designed to work inside Claude and/or ChatGPT, delivered as skill files together with setup instructions. Some Products also include bonus materials such as an Airtable base, template, or other resource, as described on that Product’s sales page. You are purchasing a licence to use the Product, not the underlying prompt engineering, code, or any ownership stake in Claude, ChatGPT, Anthropic, OpenAI, Airtable, or any other third-party platform referenced.

These Terms apply to instant-access Products where the main value is the skill or tool itself. Any included setup guide or how-to-use instructions are just that – instructions for using the skill – not standalone training. If a Product’s main value is genuine teaching (a workshop or lessons that teach strategy or how-to knowledge as a substantial part of what you’re buying), our separate Courses & Toolkits Terms & Conditions apply instead, which include a 7 day refund window. Each Product’s sales page will confirm which Terms apply.

3. Licence Grant & Restrictions

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Product for your own business(es).

• You may use the Product across more than one of your own businesses, provided each is set up as a separate installation as described in the product lessons.
• You may not resell, sublicence, or use the Product to provide a service to third parties (e.g. running the skill on behalf of clients or students as part of a paid service).
• You may not redistribute, share, or resell the skill files, prompts, bonus materials, or documentation.
• You may not copy, extract, or repurpose the skill’s underlying instructions to build or sell a competing or derivative product.
• Each individual or business using the Product for their own operations requires their own separate purchase.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. All AI skills and toolkits are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Once delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued, except where required by law.

5. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer (Claude, ChatGPT, Airtable & Any Included Tools)

Products are built to work with Claude (by Anthropic) and/or ChatGPT (by OpenAI), and some include bonus materials that run on Airtable. These platforms are owned, operated, and controlled by those companies – not by us. As a result:

• We do not control, and cannot guarantee, the continued availability, features, pricing, or plan structure (including what is offered on a free versus paid tier) of Claude, ChatGPT, or any other third-party platform the Product is designed to work with.
• Platform updates from either provider are likely over time; changes that affect how the skill performs, or whether a paid plan becomes required where one wasn’t before, are possible and cannot be ruled out or guaranteed against.
• We do not guarantee that the Product will always function exactly as described if Claude, ChatGPT, or any other referenced platform change, restrict, or discontinue relevant features or access.
• AI-generated output can vary between runs and platforms. We do not guarantee identical results every time the skill is used.
• If a third-party platform change affects the Product’s functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to update the Product where possible, but this is not guaranteed and is not grounds for a refund.

6. No Guarantee of Results

The Product is a productivity and content-generation tool. It’s designed to help you save time and produce better output using AI. We do not guarantee any specific increase in revenue, engagement, conversion rate, or other business outcome as a result of using the Product. Results depend on your own inputs, business, market, and decisions, and on the output of the third-party AI platform itself.

7. Technical Requirements & Support Scope

• The Product requires an active Claude and/or ChatGPT account. The relevant Product’s sales page will indicate, at the time of purchase, whether a free or paid plan is needed to use it. Claude and ChatGPT may change their own plans, pricing, or free-tier features at any time, which may mean a Product that worked on a free plan later requires a paid plan (or vice versa). This is outside our control and is not grounds for a refund – see Section 5. Where bonus materials are included, a free or paid Airtable account may also be required.
• Support is provided through the included lessons, FAQ, and troubleshooting documentation. This is not a managed service – we do not run the skill on your behalf or provide ongoing account management.

8. Intellectual Property

All skill files, prompts, templates, documentation, and materials that make up the Product remain the intellectual property of Leanne Chapman – Passive Income Superstars. Your purchase grants a licence to use them as described above, not ownership of them.

9. Changes to the Product

We may update, improve, or modify the Product (including its lessons, skill files, or any bonus materials) at any time. We are not obligated to provide such updates but will make reasonable efforts to keep the Product functional and current where practical.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passive Income Superstars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Product – including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, including where such loss arises from changes to third-party platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, or any other platform referenced) outside our control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
